Descrizione dell'intervento

L’obiettivo del progetto è la ristrutturazione dei locali posti in Piazza XVIII Luglio. Il progetto è riferito sia al piano terra (il cui progetto è presentato nell’ambito della misura 9.6.6.1) sia al primo piano oggetto della presente operazione, per la quale si ipotizza la realizzazione di un appartamento dove ospitare una Comunità Familiare in grado di accogliere fino a 6 minori/adolescenti, anche con riconoscimento di handicap non in gravità (Legge n°104 del 1992,) La “Casa Famiglia” ha una superficie di 350 mq.
La comunità familiare è un presidio che accoglie minori e adolescenti fino ad un massimo di 6 presenti (come in questo progetto) e che è caratterizzata da bassa intensità assistenziale, da bassa e media complessità organizzativa e dall’essere destinata ad accogliere un’utenza con limitata autonomia personale, priva del necessario supporto familiare o per la quale la permanenza nel nucleo familiare sia temporaneamente o definitivamente contrastante con il piano individualizzato. Il progetto prevede la ristrutturazione dell’intero edificio, con adeguamento sismico delle strutture, completo rifacimento degli impianti e variazioni della distribuzione dei locali, con sostituzione delle pavimentazioni e delle finiture ed adattamento dei nuovi locali alla destinazione d’uso, comprese le necessarie opere per l’abbattimento delle barriere architettoniche, nonché quelle volte all’efficientamento energetico dell’edificio. La realizzazione di una struttura di questo tipo nella nostra zona permetterebbe di non sradicare i minori dal territorio nel quale vivono e quindi di consentire loro di mantenere i legami sociali e affettivi costruiti, nell’ottica di una vera Inclusione Sociale.

Description of the operation:

The goal of the project is the renovation of the building. The project refers both to the ground floor (whose project is presented under measure 9.6.6.1) and to the first floor, object of this operation aimed at creating a family community to accommodate children and adolescents, even with recognition of disability not in gravity (Law n. 104 of 1992). The Family House will be a welcoming structure managed by a couple formed, and with experience in this sense, who has decided to put themselves at the service of children in difficulty. From the registered needs it emerges the need to develop answers of this type that take into account the importance of keeping children within the territory in which they live. The structure will potentially be able to accommodate up to a maximum of 4/6 children, in the age range from zero years to the age of majority, with different individual projects that aim to enhance each person's needs. In essence, the family community recalls in some respects the institution of custody thanks to the presence of a parental couple resident there but integrated by professional figures. The family community is characterized by low care intensity, by low and medium organizational complexity and by being destined to accommodate users with limited personal autonomy, without the necessary family support or for which the permanence in the family unit is temporarily or definitively contrasting with the individualized plan. The construction of a structure of this type will not eliminate the children from the territory in which they live, allowing them to maintain the social and emotional bonds built, with a view to true social inclusion.
